Support Portal
The Supra Support Portal is where you report problems on Devnet, Testnet and Mainnet. A member of the Supra team reviews every report and gets back to you.
Submitting a report
Open support-portal.supra.com and fill in the form. The more detail you give, the faster the team can look into the problem. The form asks for:
- Contact information: your email address, and optionally a Telegram or Discord handle if you would also like the team to reach you there.
- Network: Devnet, Testnet or Mainnet.
- Severity: how badly the issue affects you.
- Expected behaviour and actual behaviour: what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Fill in both.
- Steps to reproduce: what you did, step by step, so the team can see the problem for themselves.
- Logs: any error messages or output you have.
- Transaction hash, wallet address and other ID: fill in every one that applies to your issue.
- Technical details (optional): the SDK or library name and version, the CLI or node version, the RPC endpoint you called, and your OS, browser and wallet versions.
- Screenshots (optional): up to three.
After you submit
- You receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID. Keep it for reference.
- The Supra team reviews your report and replies by email.
- To add details or answer the team’s questions, reply to that same email thread.
